This Anti-Spam Policy explains how AI-Kryptonite defines and handles spam
in connection with the platform, including emails, internal messages, referral
promotions and any other communication channels linked to the Service.
By using the platform, you agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy in addition
to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Purpose
1.1 This policy applies to:
- emails and notifications sent by AI-Kryptonite to Investors and users;
- messages sent by users through any internal messaging, ticket or forum system;
- external promotion of AI-Kryptonite (referral links, campaigns, sponsorships);
- any automated or bulk communication related to AI-Kryptonite services.
1.2 The goal is to protect users from unsolicited messages, misleading promotions
and abuse of communication tools.
2. Definition of Spam
2.1 For purposes of this policy, “spam” means any unsolicited or unwanted
electronic message sent in bulk or individually where:
- the recipient has not clearly granted consent; or
- the message is deceptive, misleading or disguised; or
- the message is excessive in volume, frequency or content.
2.2 Spam includes, without limitation:
- mass promotional emails sent without prior permission;
- referral link broadcasts in unrelated groups or channels;
- unwanted direct messages to other Investors for advertising or recruiting;
- posting promotional content where it is not allowed by local rules or law.
3. Prohibited User Activities
3.1 Users must not use AI-Kryptonite, or any data obtained from the platform, to:
- send unsolicited promotional emails, SMS or messages to third parties;
- harvest or scrape email addresses or contact details from other users;
- send repeated or mass private messages inside the platform without consent;
- post spam on forums, chats or comment sections (including external links);
- misrepresent themselves as AI-Kryptonite staff or support to solicit funds;
- promote other investment schemes or platforms in violation of the Terms.
3.2 Use of bots, scripts or automation to send bulk messages or comments is
prohibited.
4. AI-Kryptonite Email Practices
4.1 AI-Kryptonite sends the following categories of email:
- Transactional emails: account creation, login alerts, KYC requests, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, investment updates, security alerts.
- Service announcements: platform maintenance, policy updates, critical notices.
- Optional marketing and campaigns: newsletters, new product information, promotions (only where permitted by law).
4.2 Transactional and security emails are considered essential and may be sent
without separate marketing consent, as they are required to operate your account.
4.3 Users can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time using the
unsubscribe link or by contacting Support, without affecting system-critical
notifications.
5. Internal Messaging and Forums
5.1 Where the platform provides internal messaging, ticketing, or forums:
- messages must be relevant to the topic and respectful in tone;
- mass unsolicited messages to multiple users are not allowed;
- posting external investment links or referral schemes can be restricted or prohibited;
- support channels must not be misused for marketing or spam campaigns.
5.2 AI-Kryptonite may apply technical limits to prevent abuse, such as:
- daily limits on new private conversations;
- requirements for minimum balance or activity before messaging is enabled;
- automatic filters for known spam patterns or blacklisted content.
6. Referral Program and Anti-Spam Rules
6.1 The referral program must be used responsibly. Investors promoting
AI-Kryptonite agree to:
- share referral links only with people who may reasonably be interested and are allowed to receive such offers;
- comply with anti-spam and marketing laws in their jurisdiction;
- avoid misleading claims about returns, guarantees or risk levels;
- avoid posting referral codes on platforms that prohibit such promotions.
6.2 Examples of unacceptable referral behavior include:
- sending cold emails to purchased or scraped email lists;
- spamming social media comments or direct messages with referral links;
- fabricating performance statistics or using fake identities to attract signups.
7. Reporting Spam and Abusive Messages
7.1 If you receive a message that appears to be spam or abusive and claims to be
related to AI-Kryptonite, you can report it by:
- forwarding the full email including headers to: support@ai-kryptonite.com;
- submitting a ticket inside the platform with screenshots or copies of the message;
- flagging the user or message in any internal reporting mechanism, where available.
7.2 When reporting, include as much detail as possible (time, channel, username,
any links used). This helps investigation and enforcement.
8. Enforcement and Penalties
8.1 AI-Kryptonite reserves the right to take any of the following actions if a
user is suspected or confirmed to have violated this Anti-Spam Policy:
- issue a warning and request immediate correction of behavior;
- temporarily restrict messaging, posting or referral privileges;
- remove or reverse referral bonuses gained through spam or abuse;
- freeze certain account functions (including withdrawals) while investigating;
- terminate the account for severe or repeated violations;
- cooperate with email providers, platforms or authorities where required by law.
8.2 AI-Kryptonite may also block IP addresses, email domains or wallet addresses
associated with persistent spam or abusive activity.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Responsibility
9.1 Users who promote AI-Kryptonite on third-party platforms (social networks,
forums, email services, messaging apps) must follow:
- this Anti-Spam Policy;
- the Terms & Conditions of AI-Kryptonite;
- the anti-spam rules of the specific platform used;
- applicable national and international anti-spam laws.
9.2 AI-Kryptonite is not responsible for independent actions of users on third
party platforms but may sanction accounts that damage the platform’s reputation
by engaging in spam or misleading practices.
10. Changes to this Anti-Spam Policy
10.1 AI-Kryptonite may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. The
latest version will always be available on the official website with an updated
“Last updated” date.
10.2 Material changes may be communicated by dashboard notice, email or other
appropriate means. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance of the new version.
