This Privacy Policy explains how AI-Kryptonite (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information about individuals who use our website, investor dashboard, Trading Platform interfaces and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, investing, using referral links or otherwise interacting with the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Data Controller and Scope

1.1 The Service is operated by AI-Kryptonite (and any affiliated entities) acting as the data controller for personal information processed in connection with the Platform.

  • Trading Platform representatives onboarded to the Platform;

2.1 Account and Profile Information

We may collect the following when you register or manage your profile:

  • full name, username, password (stored in hashed form);

  • sponsor / referral relationships (Sponsor IDs, referral tree data).

2.2 KYC / Compliance Information

For identity verification and AML/CTF compliance we may collect:

  • copies of government-issued ID (passport, ID card, driver’s licence);
  • proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.);
  • date of birth, nationality and residency information;
  • source-of-funds and source-of-wealth details where required;

You are responsible for the information you choose to make public. Avoid sharing sensitive personal details in your public profile or bio.

5.2 Internal Messages and Forum Areas

Private messages between Investors and non-public discussion areas are treated as confidential; however:

  • we may access them where necessary to investigate abuse, spam, fraud or security incidents;
  • we may remove content that violates the Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

5.3 Confidentiality Commitments

We commit to keeping your personal information confidential and to using it only for purposes described in this Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or explicitly consented by you.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited situations:
